Optic Blast (Type: Shot, QCF + Attack)
Cyclops fires a blast of Optic Energy at his opponents. Light has him on his knees fire a blast on his opponent. Medium is where he stands up and fires a blast. Heavy has him firing diagonally up attacking airborne opponents.
The move can also be used in mid-air. Light has him fire diagonally right-down striking ground opponents. The move is also used as an OTG on grounded foes and can be easily cancellable to an air-based Hyper. Medium has him fire straight at aerial opponents. Heavy has him fire diagonally up though it isn't reliable.
Gene Splice (Type: Direct, Z-Motion Forward + Attack)
Cyclops performs an uppercut at his opponent. Pressing the button repeatedly for additional hits. Light covers a short range and repeated pressing can go up to 5 hits. Medium has a moderate range and the move extends up to 6 hits. Heavy goes halfway across the screen and can reach up to 7 hits.
Optic Sweep (Type: Shot, Reverse Z-Motion + Attack)
Cyclops goes on the floor and fires an optic blast that hits the ground and repels it up to an unsuspecting foe. All three versions have OTG properties and can be easily cancellable to a Hyper. Light has a very short distance and has fast startup. Medium has a modest distance. Heavy covers half the screen but has the slowest startup.
Cyclone Kick (Type: Direct, QCB + Attack)
Cyclops performs a spin kick that can cause opponents to hit the floor. Light has a single spinning low kick giving it a soft knockdown. Medium has him do a jumping spin kick followed by a low kick. The 2nd hit causes a hard knockdown setting it up for OTG assists. Heavy does the same as Medium but ends with a reverse spin kick. The third hit causes a wall bounce making it useful for combo extension.
Running Tackle (Type: Grab, Back for 2 seconds then Forward + Attack)
Cyclops runs towards the opponent and does a running tackle attack. It counts as a throw and causes a Hard Knockdown. All 3 do the same move but damage is determined by button.
Rapid Punch (Type: Direct, Mash Atk rapidly)
Cyclopes moves forward attacking the opponent with a punch-kick combination. Can be mashed repeatedly for additional hits. After a few hits, it ends with a short optic blast. The move can also be performed in mid-air.Assists
Alpha (α) Optic Blast (Type: Shot, Direction: Front): Does a light Optic Blast at his opponents. A useful zoning assist for keeping opponents at bay.
Assist HC: Mega Optic Blast
Beta (β) Gene Splice (Type: Direct, Direction: Tilt Up): Does a medium Gene Splice that does two hits. Useful in the middle of combos but is very easy to punish.

Gamma (γ) Optic Sweep (Type: Shot, Direction: Tilt Down): Does a light Optic Sweep at a grounded opponent. It has OTG properties and a fast startup. But it can be easily punishable if blocked.

Mega Optic Blast (Type: Shot, Level 1, QCF + 2 Attacks)
Cyclops gears up and fires a straight, full-screen Optic Blast that damages up to 25 hits. Can be very damaging if used after an OTG assist. However, the move can only be evaded if the opponent performs a super jump. The hyper can also be done in mid-air but fires straight and damages a little less.
Super Optic Blast (Type: Shot, Level 1, QCB + 2 Attacks)
Cyclops fires a straight Optic Blast that hits 15 times. What's unique about it is that the beam can be directed by moving the directional button. Having the move in the proper position can lead to greater damage. If the move is done up close, it's impossible to evade but if done anywhere, it's easily punishable.
The Super Optic Blast also has OTG properties and can be done by holding down and any direction (such as down-left or down-right). It can also be done in mid-air and like on the ground, moving the directional button can control it. Super Optic Blast in mid-air also has OTG properties if the directional button is held down (down-right or down-left also counts) until he hits the ground.
Optic Overload (Type: Direct, Level 3, Z-Motion Forward + 2 Attacks)
It starts with Cyclops performing a spin kick at the opponent. If the move hits, it follows up with a 5-hit combo ending with a 2-hit somersault kick sending the foe flying. The move ends with Cyclops removing the visor and unleashing a torrent of optic energy at his airborne foe up to 50 times. If the move is blocked, he is very vulnerable. The move is best used either after an OTG assist or after activating X-Factor. Using X-Factor can increase the damage depending on the level.
