Byron Ichigeki
He was known to be a child prodigy at the age of five with an IQ of at least 175. By the age of fifteen, he graduated with the highest degree imaginable in Tokyo University. His mother was a university professor and his father was a scientist. A bright future was ahead for Byron as he looked forward to studying abroad in the United States. That is, until a terrifying incident changed his life and everyone around him forever. On one uneventful day, a rogue Orphnoch appeared terrorizing Tokyo and Byron was caught in the middle. The Orphnoch savagedly assaulted him until he was left for dead. Doctors tried to save him but it was to no avail as his chances of survival were extremely slim… that is until they tried a very risky operation.

The Hawk Orphnoch
In order to save Byron's life, they took Byron to the HOU organization where an advanced procedure would take place. The purpose of it all was to infuse Byron with Orphnoch DNA if he would have any chance to survive. They proceeded without delay as they infused Byron with the DNA unaware of the consequences that would follow. It was proven to be successful but the results were disastrous. Byron's DNA pattern was rejecting the Orphnoch DNA causing him to be wild and out of control. It wasn't long before the DNA would awaken Byron causing him to be an Orphnoch for in this case, a Hawk Orphnoch. It attacked everyone involved in the operation with brutal and devastating efficiency. All that were involved with the operation were killed except for one who escaped unscathed but ended up traumatized by what happened.

The aftermath proved to be disastrous for all who were involved especially Byron's father who was placed responsible for what happened. He was stripped of his position and terminated from the HOU for failure to contain him. What happened next proved to be terrifying as one fateful night, he was attacked by the Hawk Orphnoch that would soon claim his life. Byron's mother was distraught after hearing the deaths of her son and husband. She left Tokyo and moved to Europe where she started over hoping to forget about the tragedies. She was of course unaware that her son was still alive because she knew nothing of the operation that turned Byron into a rabid Orphnoch.

Four years later…
Four years have passed since the disaster and almost all of Tokyo had forgotten about it. The Orphnoch DNA within Byron had became tame and now was able to adapt to his human DNA allowing him to become human once more. Looking around, he saw that much had changed but tensions between humans and Orphnochs are on the rise. Seeing a newspaper article on the floor found out that the world is on the brink of war with anti-Orphnoch riots occuring all over the world.

Over the past few days, he had been taking odd jobs from different places in hopes of at least making some money to last him through each day. The experience taught him much about the difficulties of life realizing that earning it is the best way. It wasn't until one night where he saw a van carrying a group of people pass by. Byron followed to find out what was going on only to discover that it led him to a warehouse. He saw the van stop and a few people exited the vehicle and entered the warehouse.

The birth of Kamen Rider Theta
He cautiously entered the warehouse and saw it as some sort of factory. Not to attract attention, he looked around to see what was going on and that was when he saw the people that he saw exiting the van. They entered into some kind of room hopping to look for something inside and it didn't take long to find what they needed. In that room, a group of people were able to acquire several suitcases containing some important gear. After getting what they needed, the group left the room and gearing for the exit. Byron moved quietly unaware that he had tripped a silent alarm. By the time the group went outside, they were surrounded by HOU security. It turned out that the group of people that were in the van were part of a resistance group that is fighting back against the oppression of the HOU.

A firefight ensued between a resistance group and the HOU special security force. Bullets fired left and right with no end in sight and it was when the HOU security began to take drastic measures by becoming Orphnochs in hopes of taking them down. All of the group were slaughtered by the transformed Orphnochs except for one who went in the factory to hide and one of the briefcases ended up in Byron's hands. He looked at it and saw it as it contained the mark of the greek letter Theta which was the experimental Theta Gear. Looking at the people who had been slain by those Orphnochs, he knew that something had to be done.

With very little time to spare, he opened the briefcase taking the Theta Gear and put it on him. Inputting the code 2-1-3 on the Theta Phone, he activated it as the Orphnochs saw him with the gear and were ready to claim it back. The minute he inserted the Theta Phone into the Theta Driver, photon streams that came in a violet hue would emerge forming the Theta Armor all over his body. One minute he was human and the next he transformed into a rider known as Kamen Rider Theta. Theta took on the HOU Orphnoch security force and was able to defeat them easily. As they reduced to dust, they saw him as a serious threat and knew that things were only going to get tougher.

When it was over, Byron was all that remained and he now realized that he had found his purpose. The survivor went outside and saw Byron with the Theta Gear in his possession. Hope had been found and if they were to have a chance against HOU, they would need him. It wasn't long before Byron joined the resistance and would become the last stand against HOU. Though he is unaware of HOU's true nature and objective, he would soon find out eventually for he now fights with the resistance group as Earth's last hope… Kamen Rider Theta.

Theta Gear
The GU-213B Theta Gear is a collection of several different items that were developed by the GEAR corporation. HOU (or Human-Orphnoch Unity) funded the project which allowed GEAR to develop it. All of the items are based on a simple elemental item called the Theta Mission Memory. Most of the time, the Theta Gear would be stored inside a secured HOU briefcase until the situation arises. The Theta Gear consists of the following items that would allow Kamen Rider Theta its full potential.

Theta Mission Memory
A small metallic card key containing the memory symbol of Theta. It can be inserted into a different part of the Theta Gear turning the item into a weapon.

Theta Driver / GU-213B
A belt shaped transformation device that HOU and GEAR had developed. The Theta Driver is designed to be compatible with the Theta Phone which allows photon streams to generate forming the Theta Armor whenever the Theta Mission Memory is installed into the phone. If the belt is removed, the armor dissolves and the Driver deactivates.

Theta Recorder / GU-213B2
A device designed by the HOU and Gear that resembles a camcorder. It's designed to be compatible with the Theta Mission Memory. It can be attached to either of the two Power Anklets in order for Theta to unleash an Exceed Charge. With the Theta Recorder attached, its Exceed Charge attack is a rider kick called the Violet Stab which produces a powerful energy drill around the foot. In Theta Accel Form, it becomes an enhanced attack called the Accel Violet Stab which allows either multiple drills to strike one enemy or individual ones striking multiple enemies.

Theta Knuckler / GU-213C
A device designed by the HOU and GEAR that resembles a wristwatch. It is designed to be compatible with the Theta Mission Memory transforming it into a wristwatch powered with energy. If an Exceed Charge is activated, it allows Theta to use the Violet Pierce which gathers all the energy into a powerful punch attack. In Theta Accel Form, it becomes an enhanced attack called the Accel Violet Pierce which unleashes multiple punch attacks in high speeds.

Theta Phone / GU-213P
A cellphone device that is the control unit of the Theta Gear. It's also the primary storage place for a Mission Memory to be used as a transgenerator that powers the Theta Gear whether in Normal or Accel Form once the activation code is in place. The Theta Phone also has the ability to transform into Phone Blaster mode. It can also combine with the Theta Recorder that can be used for long range attacks. The phone can also be used as a normal cell phone in the process.

Theta Gunblade / GU-213T
A device designed by the HOU and GEAR that can be used as a combination weapon. It is designed to be compatible with the Theta Mission Memory transforming it into one of two different weapons; a large sword for close-range or a blaster for long-range. If an Exceed Charge is activated, it allows to use one of two different attacks; the Violet Slash and the Violet Blast. The Violet Slash allows Theta to unleash a series of sword strikes on an enemy while the Violet Blast concentrates all the energy into a powerful energy blast. In Theta Accel Form, the two different attacks are enhanced becoming the Accel Violet Slash and Accel Violet Blast, respectively. The Accel Violet Slash unleashes a fury of slash attacks followed by a critical slash while the Accel Violet Blast can either be used to fire a barrage of laser blasts striking multiple enemies or be concentrated into a powerful beam that can strike even the toughest of enemies.

Theta Accel Mission Memory
The Theta Knuckler provides a secondary use; the storage of the Accel Mission Memory. It is a prototype mission memory that hasn't been properly tested. When inserted into the Theta Driver, Theta can transform into its Accel Form by means of Reformation. The Knuckler also undergoes a change allowing Accel Form's full power to be unleashed. When Start Up is activated, Theta's strength and speed increase dramatically though it is only limited to about 15 seconds. Normally, it would last 10 seconds but an additional 5 seconds can be used up by pressing the Extend button on the Theta Knuckler. If the extension is activated, the cost is very great as it can cause the Theta Gear to burn up the Orphnoch DNA of the individual. Repeated use of the extension can also be dangerous as it can cause the wielder to die (reduced to dust) so it is reason enough that this added extension must be used sparingly.

Theta Blaster Briefcase / GU-213X
Nothing is known about this item other than it was deemed extremely dangerous. It was referred to as a secret project that was designed to bring out the full potential of Theta. When it was finally developed, the item was sealed away in a capsule and shot to space. By twist of fate it ended up on Earth in a faraway island forcing the resistance to take part on a suicide mission to get it. Many lost their lives in that mission and only one survived. No one has been able to unlock the briefcase but when Byron got his hands on it, it triggered something unbelievable awakening his previous memories and his true form as the Hawk Orphnoch.

It was then that they discovered that the Theta Blaster was designed to be in conjuction with the Theta Gear however it would use an excessive amount of Orphnoch DNA for it to be controlled. Since Byron carried Orphnoch DNA, he was able to wield it but was warned that the form could kill him. Knowing the risk, he took it and when Byron went Blaster form, the power overwhelmed him but it was the DNA of the Hawk Orphnoch that was able to help him contain it's incredible power. So much so that anytime he goes in Blaster form, he enters a berserk state and in that state, his power is limitless. Overtime, he was able to control the Orphnoch within him and since then, he became a powerful warrior for the Resistance.

By inserting the Theta Phone into the Theta Blaster, Kamen Rider Theta can access power from an abandoned GEAR Satellite that continues to remain in orbit to become Blaster Form. In Blaster Form, his strength and speed are increased considerably plus he gains flight boosting its speed. Plus, with the Theta Blaster, it can be utilized in two different modes. In Blaster Mode, Theta can use the Photon Shot to fire a powerful blast of energy that can attack or destroy anything that comes into contact. In Breaker Mode, Theta can use the Photon Slash to unleash a powerful slash of photonic energy that can reduce even a powerful Orphnoch to dust. The Breaker Mode is also used as a pointer to stun an enemy before performing the Blaster Violet Stab, a powerful rider kick that uses the full strength of Theta's power.

If in the event the Hawk Orphnoch's power is unleashed, the Blaster Form can enter into a Berserk Mode. In Berserk Mode, it's power is increased to the maximum plus he gains two hawk-like wings which allows him to not only go airborne but can also be able to keep up with even the fastest of opponents.  Wielding Blaster Mode in Berserk can unleash the Photon Nova which fires an array of photonic lasers that can obliterate anything and everything within a 3-mile radius. In Breaker Mode while in Berserk he can use the Photon Wave which lets out a wave of high powered photonic energy that can take out either a powerful Orphnoch or a small group of weaker Orphnoch. The hawk-like wings double as a pointer to stun an enemy before performing the Berserker Violet Drill, a rider kick that not only uses the strength of Theta but also the power of the Berserk Mode which raises its strengths to the maximum level.

Wielding the Blaster Form is a very risky venture as use of it can consume a lot of Orphnoch DNA. It is because of it that Byron would be the only one who would wield its power. Because he carries the DNA of the Hawk Orphnoch which is rumored to be one of the most powerful Orphnochs ever created, he is able to control the powers of Theta Blaster. With the battle between the HOU and the Resistance dragging on, no outcome is in sight. But with the power of the Theta Blaster form, the Resistance may have a chance after all.
