I apologize if this episode review was late but to be honest, I’ve been having a lot of personal troubles. The good news is that I’m okay and I’m ready to continue so let’s get to it.

Appleloosa is having their annual Appleloosa Rodeo and everyone’s excited to take part in the events, even Applejack. The Cutie Mark Crusaders look forward to it as well but all of it gets put on hold upon seeing the mark of a dangerous outlaw. Fearing for their safety, Applejack has the CMC under Braeburn’s care but the three fillies have other ideas. Hoping that this would be their opportunity to get their cutie marks, Applebloom and her friends head off to find the outlaw. Will they succeed in getting their cutie marks or will this bring more trouble to the upcoming rodeo?

Seems the CMC are at it again except this time, things get a bit rough. But what do I think about the episode? I say personally it was very good. A few things I can say is that it was good to see some familiar faces like Braeburn. We haven’t seen him since Season 1 and I can tell a lot of fans were excited. At least here he gets involved. Too bad he isn’t much of a babysitter is he? I have to say that the most interesting character in the episode was the one they introduced, Troubleshoes.

I really dig his backstory on how he wanted to make people laugh and at the same time, I kind of pity him. Everything screwing up wasn’t his fault. Too bad he had to carry the burden of being simply trouble. It didn’t help that when he grew up, people thought of him as a troublemaker. If that isn’t enough to make you feel bad for him I don’t know what will. Regardless of which, I’m happy that his story got a happy ending. I can’t say the same for the CMC because clearly they were trouble… in a good way. What I mean is that they chose to ignore Applejack’s orders and go after Troubleshoes. They found him all right but it soon led to a lot of trouble and to be fair, they did help Troubleshoes find his calling and purpose so that’s a plus. That and young Troubleshoes is just really cute.

However if I were to find any faults, I feel it's the fact that the adults especially Applejack jumped to conclusions regarding Troubleshoes. They had no idea he wasn’t causing trouble and he never did. Everyone cared more about the Rodeo and wanting it to succeed than this. But what could they do? They thought he was a troublemaker out to ruin it and they did what they had to. At least by the end of the episode, they know he wanted to make people laugh and he succeeded. I can’t say the same for the CMC though. In some way, I feel bad for them but they did disobey her so I can’t say anything wrong with that.

Time now for the final verdict so let’s get it out of the way. Final score for Appleloosa’s Most Wanted is an 8 out of 10. It’s a very good episode that has some funny moments, emotional bits and at least a good resolution for a certain Troubleshoes. Although it makes me wonder when the CMC will get their chance at their cutie marks. That I really don’t know but hey, I enjoyed it. It was great.

That’s it for this episode review. See you Saturday for when the Grand Galloping Gala returns. However Fluttershy has brought a new friend along but would Discord mind? It’s okay. I don’t mind. You can always Make New Friends and Keep Discord.

Toodles.
